Both Wallach and Jackson are method actors who met during a theater production of This Property is Condemned in 1946. They married in 1948 and have been together ever since.
that's awesome! Wallach is a dangerous actor! i mean how many people can come THIS close to upstaging Steve McQueen AND Clint Eastwood?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great pair of actors! Both Method trained--and their careers stretch from Broadway to television to movies. Although I sheepishly admit, my favorite Wallach performance was the time he played Mr. Freeze on the classic TV series "Batman."
