It's so pretty! And it's mine, all mine! It comes with 5, count 'em 5 films plus a documentary. What a great deal and what a beautiful package. My picture doesn't do it justice. Go out and get one and support Pre-Codes!

Have you watched all the movies? Which are your favorites? The Divorcee, A Free Soul and Three on a Match are amazing! Still have to watch the other two, I'm sure I'll love them both! Just ordered a really hard to get pre-code from ebay, Ex-lady with Bette D. Can't wait to get my hands on it! Love this blog--sounds like we have very similar tastes! I'm in my early 30s, and most of my friends think I'm crazy for my adoration of classics--films from the '30s, especially the pre-c's are my favorites--I actually feel sorry for anyone who does'nt get how incredible these films are--we're lucky we have whatever trait we have that allows us to get them! -Bonnie:)
ReplyDeleteMy set came the other day. Great package with the most incredible movies. Some grand art deco sets and stunning costumes you won't see anywhere else. Expect some tough 30's gangsters and gals who are just as tough. The documentary of The Divorcee is also excellent and definitely worthwhile. Thanks MGM,WB and Turner for this treat. I'm so addicted to this stuff and glad in a big way.
