I really want to one day, partly because I am a big Mitchum fan and partly because it does deal with something I am a bit familiar with--the rodeo. Growing up in cattle country, it is hard not to have seen at least one and not to know at least one person who has participated in a rodeo!Terence Towles Canotehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18397088843628331615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6155853741712764167.post-69890724439379309672010-07-30T12:45:09.525-04:002010-07-30T12:45:09.525-04:00Awesome blog Raquelle...I have never seen The Lust...Awesome blog Raquelle...I have never seen The Lusty Men but plan on seeing it now when it airs on TCM in September. Rebel, On Dangerous Ground, In a Lonely Place and Johnny Guitar are imo absolute must-see films of his. and i LOVE Party Girl with Cyd Charrise, what a totally wacked gangster musical noir whatyamacallit that film is, lol. They Live by Night is also very good but i'd venture to say all his films are worth a look.Artman2112https://www.blogger.com/profile/03062864368596074661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6155853741712764167.post-20083858982093327762010-07-30T10:27:33.540-04:002010-07-30T10:27:33.540-04:00King - It's not on DVD! Rebel without a Cause is his biggie but I also recommend Macao (1952) with Mithcum & Jane Russell. I'm not familiar with him as a director and wouldn't know where to start. Any recommendations?Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13471664551639091150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6155853741712764167.post-6896230555411933062010-07-30T08:54:21.413-04:002010-07-30T08:54:21.413-04:00Robert Mitchum Happens to be My Fav actor as well ...Robert Mitchum Happens to be My Fav actor as well (Esp After Watching the El Dorado Film starring John Wayne).

Am yet to watch This Film.
